Question
i have a 01 mustang with a 6 cd player.  my son put a cd in the player.  he did not load the cd with the load button.  the cd jammed and the player says no cd and will not eject the cd.  is there a way i can get the cd out without damaging the player?

Answer
reset the power of the radio ,unplug the battery for about 20 minutes  
plug it back and press the eject button a few times
if that don't work you have to remove the radio and remove the cd changer to get the disc out
the are 2 screws on each side of the radio to open it
