i have a 2004 gmc sierra, and the cd player is jammed. how do I fix it?

there should be a small hole in the front somewhere that you take a straightened paper clip and insert, there's a lever in there that will open drawer so you can remove cd. be sure stereo is off, and key is off before attempting. then, stereo needs to be serviced or replaced, junkyards are most economical.
