Question
how do you keep memory when installing a sony cdx-gt200 in a buik regal 1994 the radio is in but no memory

Answer
Sounds like you may have the +30 and +15 wires crossed.
+30 is permanent live, usually yellow or orange and +15 is the acc possition usually red and is live only when the ignition is on. The +30 is the memory wire and the +15 only turns the radio on with the ignition but the radio requires both inputs in order to work but if they are crossed then "no memory". Just try swaping the two power wires over and that should do the trick. (make sure you have 12v on both with the ignition on first of course)
