Question
I have a 1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and my radio has completely stopped working. The clock has stopped working also. My husband took out the factory radio and tried to replace it with a new cd player. The cd player gets power and will come on but we can't get any sound. Do you know what needs to be done or what the problem may be.

yes  before he replaces the radio he needs to remove the factory radio first  if not this is not going to work the radio in your vehicle is in the back  right side of the suv behind the plastic pannel the unit he remove at front was not a radio only a remote control unit  that is also the reason why there is no antenna plug  at front
