I removed a Blaupunkt model bpv655 cd/radio from my motorcycle but i cannot get the black facia that surrounds the radio it seems to be mounted to a metal frame under it also surrounding the radio can you offer advise on this removal

not really familer with motorcycle applications but what you describe sounds like the mounting case if you dont have your owners manual to refer back to look up blaupunkt's website email or call their tech support line they are the experts and should be able to get the exact instructions so you dont compremise your unit or machine .. hope this helps you out if you need anything else let me know
