Audio Systems/No sound from speakers

Question
Hello,
We have a 2003 Chevy Impala.  It came loaded with XM Satelite radio.  We just stopped that subscription on it but now the speakers don't work at all.  The head unit comes on and everything looks like it's working, but there is absolutely no sound.  What's the deal?  We have been through the book a million times and cannot find anything on it.  We have called dealers and even Chevy themselves, just to be put on hold forever.  No one seems to have an answer for us.  They worked fine as long as we had the satelite radio subscription.  Even when the volume is turned all the way up there isn't even buzzing or static.  There is absolutely no sound at all.  Can you please help us?

Thank you!
Shelbie

Answer
the xm have nothing to do with the audio of the radio it is a separate tunner  try channel o or preview

if you want to unplug the xm tunner there is a 12 pin cable in the back of the radio just unplg that and there is no more xm
the other think you can try is to unplug the battery for a couple of minutes only one terminal that will reset the radio to the factory settings
