Hi,
 my Question is, is there a max db level for double hearing protection?


Answer
Hi Chris,
Double hearing protection is recommended for dB levels from 104 dB to 108 dB. With double hearing protection, there is approximately 30 dB of attenuation.  Above 108 dB, you need both double hearing protection as well as time limits on noise exposure.
