Question
Hi!
I have a friend on the West Coast who has been treated for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo by an ENT and physical therapist with no improvement.  They would like to pursue a second opinion at a center where they see many cases of the same.  Can you sugggest a major center in the US.  Although she lives in Seattle, she would be willing to travel.
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Jacqueline,
I am going to refer you and your friend to this site: vestibular.org.  It is the website for the Vestibular Disorders Association.  On this site, your friend can search for professionals specializing in balance disorders.

Hope this helps.
