Question
I have been having a vibration or surge sensation in my head with a swoosh sound with it.  It usaually happens when I move my head a vibration sensation happens and I hear the swoosh sound.  This happens for hours, sometimes all day, every day.  I also have problems with hearing lose in one of my ears that last for a few seconds, then ringing comes in both my ear that last for a few seconds as well.  What could be causing the vibration sensation in my head with the swoosh sound?  Also, what may be causing the hearing loss with tinnitus? Thank you.

Answer
Hi Lisa,
You need to have a thorough evaluation by an Ear specialist (ENT) and a complete audiological evaluation by an audiologist. There are literally hundreds of reasons for the symptoms you describe and the cause can only be determined through a thorough history and evaluation.

Hope this helps.
