Question
do you know where i can find an accountant and attorney that specializes in working FOR the employeR/owner???? to help us with false compensation, immigration, payroll problems, in a small buss? we are looking for someone ON OUR side to help US fight AGAINST a previous/angered employee?????

I would try these: First I would call some other businesses like yours and see who they use. Next I would call my friends from church/social circles. Lastly I would call the local referral service that most towns have. You could also call the local HR organization and ask about attorneys. Your town should also have a CPA organization. Hope that helps.
