Question
Hi Richard - I cannot see your answer can you please repost for the following question

Is it possible for the general public to request a 501c3 organizations financial statements?  If so, is there a prcedure that needs to be followed, I live in Pennsylvania.

Answer
I answered that your question is out of my expertise. However, my experience says that you can request the information - just do it in writing. Whether they honor your request or not may depend on laws either federal or state that I am not familiar with.
