Does an auditor have any form of continued trainingonce they have passed all professional exams? and what disciplinary action is normally taken when an auditor does not work under ethical guidelines?

Answer
Virtually every professional certification (not just auditing) requires CPE - continual professional education. The number of hours, type, and distribution of education hours across years depend on the certifying body.

With respect to discipline - there is no standard - discipline is based on whatever happened. In my experience, however, if there is a problem with ethics - the auditor is always terminated.

I am a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
