what is the mechanism used in us to check for assets and verify same in relation to child support enforcemnt?
what info can they get?
will they uncover ssdi income?student loans?
are there penalties for non disclosure?
how does ne hide asets of this nature?
Information brokers are typically used to find these types of assets. These are the same information brokers (researchers) that uncover hidden assets in contested divorce cases.
Yes, they would likely find any and all stuent loans, debts, assounts, and assets.
Penalty for non-disclosure ? Depends on context and who is expecting it to be disclosed - spouse? employer? loan officer? probate court? Bankruptcy judge?
How to hide assets? I have no information about that.
