Question
Thank you this has been a great help. I was wondering if you could recommend some suburbs in brisbane as I am looking to visit some time this summer to get a real feel for the place before coming for good.

Answer
Hi, Kirsty,
I will recommend a few suburbs on the northside in different price brackets. Obviously the close to the city the more expensive it is.

Close to the city - Between 5 and 10 km) I would look at Albion, Kelvin Grove, Windsor, Wilston, Wooloowin, Newmarket,Clayfield, Hamilton, Eagle Junction.

10km to 15 km - Toombul, Hendra, Northgate, Banyo, Enoggera, Mitchelton, Alderley.

20km + Lawnton, Kurwongbah, Petrie, Bald Hills, Aspley, Albany Creek,
Margate, Redcliffe, Kippa Ring, Woody Point.

Contact me anytime if you need more info.

Regards,
Frank

Expertise

I have lived in Brisbane all my life (53 years). I am very proud of our city and the Sunshine State of Queensland. I am happy to help in any way possible. Queensland is a very humid and hot place in Summer, which makes it great for outdoor fun.

Experience

I have a great love and knowledge of Brisbane and the surrounding areas. I holiday on the Sunshine Coast every year, and visit the Gold Coast numerous times during the year for work. We love to dine out, and can recommend many places to try in Brisbane and the Coasts.
