hi,
i am holding the PR of australia, do i have to take a new zealand tourist visa if i want to visit new zealand for holidays, and also, if i am a PR of australia and want to apply for new zealand PR, will i be given prefernce compare to other citizen of other country?

As far as I know, you may need to apply for a travel visa for New Zealand. As far as applying for Permanent Residency there, I am unable to help you, and would advise you to contact a Migration agency in New Zealand for further information.
