hello i was wondering i went to Australia in September 2009 on a whv and had a British passport and unlucky i had to come home after a month due to a family emergency!!! i have now moved house and am applying for an Irish passport i would love to be able to go back to Australia but as i didn't stay long the last time or get a chance to work i was wondering could i apply for another whv now that i have moved house and have a different passport or can i get in trouble i have no criminal record or have never been in trouble with the law but really want another go at in Australia but don't want to risk getting sent home or not allowed to enter other countrys?? please get back to me A.S.A.P thanks

I must apologise for my late reply. I had a very large spam email sent to me and my ISP closed my account for a while.

I do not have a great knowledge of visas, but I will send you a few links which should help. My initial thoughts are you should be ok, and just make sure you tell them why you went home early.
