HI
I am traveling to Surfers Paradise in Febuary 05 and was wondering if you guys have daylight saving times ?
also looking for a car rental for the 14 days

G'day George,
Daylight savings runs from October 30 to March, but in Queensland, we dont have it. However, Surefers Paradise is less than an hour from the border of NSW, who have daylight savings. It is silly, that one state has it and another does not, but thats how it is.
There are many companies that have cars available for rent.
Avis, Hertz, and Budget are the main 3, but you may find a cheaper company at Surfers Paradise.
