AboutNimrod Expertise I spent a month in Oz travelling around the Northern Territory by car and coach (Kakadu, Alice Springs, Yulara, Uluru), South Australia (by car) and Kangaroo Island (by minibus), returning via Bali where I stayed for a week exploring. I made friends with people from all-over Oz when I was judging great danes there and can always give them a call if there are any questions I can`t answer.
Question Hi there. Weare coming to Adelaide in April and like to go to Kangaroo Isl with a campervan. Question is : do we have to book the ferry in advance and if so , where?. Many thanks
Answer It depends on the time of year. I would book to be sure of a place when you want to go.
I flew and booked coach trips.
Have a good time. Kangaroo Island is not very large but there is so much to see. Don't miss Paul's Place, the Penguin Tour in the evening, Seal beach and the Fantastic Rock formations.
