Australia/TAHUNE RESERVE FOREST

Question
Dear Mr Ian Smith

My sister and I are interested to visit Tahune Reserve Forest.  I understand that there is a public bus that goes from Hobart to Geeveston.  Do you know if the public bus stops near the AirWalk?

Thank you and looking forward to your reply.

Kind regards

Yuri

Answer
Sadly, you'll have no joy with public buses to the forest itself.  You'll either require your own transport or have to be part of a tour.
The air walk is only a small part of what there is to see there and, personally speaking, I found most of the other walks more interesting, the Huon River walk for one.
It's a great place so, even if you do have to make an extra effort, it's worth it.
There are more shots and info on my site in "virtualtourist.com" under "iandsmith" or "state of tasmania".
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Ian
