Question
Hi my name is Lorna and together with my OH and our 3boys we plan to move over to the Redcliffe area of Queensland in the next 6 months. My question is which are the good/bad areas. WE have looked at Deception Bay,Narangba,Kallanger and Mango Hill. We will have a budget of about $350k.Schools and activities for my boys are of interest too.
Thanks Lorna

Answer
G'day Lorna,
I would recommend Narangba, Kallangur (we live in Kallangur) Lawnton, Petrie, Kurwongbah, Mango Hill, Clontarf, Redcliffe, Margate areas. You would be able to get a good home for around the $350K mark. You will have at least 10 schools (private and public) to choose from. Redcliife & Pine Shires have youth clubs, swimming clubs, football teams and plenty of activities to keep the boys busy. Feel free to contact me again if you require any more assistance.

Regards,
Frank

Expertise

I have lived in Brisbane all my life (53 years). I am very proud of our city and the Sunshine State of Queensland. I am happy to help in any way possible. Queensland is a very humid and hot place in Summer, which makes it great for outdoor fun.

Experience

I have a great love and knowledge of Brisbane and the surrounding areas. I holiday on the Sunshine Coast every year, and visit the Gold Coast numerous times during the year for work. We love to dine out, and can recommend many places to try in Brisbane and the Coasts.
