Question
My 14 month old blue heeler (female, spayed) got along with my brothers older, bigger husky quite fine yesterday, yet today, she has started growling, barking, and even biting her.I go outside and my dog jumps up to me like normal wanting to be pet. We separated them by putting my dog in the sunroom and my dog barked through the window at the husky trying to attack her. What should i do and why is my dog doing that?

Answer
It is impossible for me to answer your question without seeing how you and your dog and the Husky interact. My suggestion would be to take both dogs together through an obedience class where she will learn that you are in control...and she is not. If I had to make a guess I would say that she is trying to control the other dog....without formal training, the situation is bound to get worse. Wendy
