Question
Hello Edgar, after visiting Europe several times, I decideded to start a charm braclet.  Austuria was one of the  countries I did not get a charm.  What I would like to find out from you is.  Do you know the name of a jewelry store in Austria that I might order a charm for my bracelet.  Do you have any suggestions as to what I might buy to symbolize my visit to Austuria. This should give you an idea of what I am interested in. I have a bell from Germany, the Eiffel tower, leaning tower of Pisa. I need 18K. gold not weighing more than 2 oz.  My charms are small.  Hoping you can help in some way.
Thanks so much

Answer
Hello Mary,

A good jewelry store in Vienna that you can email is A.E. Koechert that sells charms and can probably satisfy your requirements.  Their website is www.koechert.com/koechert.htm and on their site you can fill out a form to email them.

From this website you can get a charm in the shape of Austria but it is in 14k gold: www.charmnjewelry.com/Product.aspx?styleid=6550&classid=10

I don't know of other symbols of Austria that are made into charms but the jewelery store above should be able to help if you want something different than the country charm.

I lived in Vienna for 3 months and know many good places to visit, places to rent apartments for a short period of time and how to easily get around the different districts in the city.
