We are planning a trip in Vienna, next May 2003.
We found this hotel located on Laxenburgerstrade 19 in Vienna.

Do you think that this area is secure and quiet?

This hotel seems to be located in a decent neighborhood right by the Südbahnhof (south train station).  It is in within a short walking distance to the Upper Belvedere which houses many of Gustav Klimt's paintings as well as a  lot of other Austrian artists and is pretty convenient to getting downtown within the Ring.  You should find this area within your satisfaction.
