Question
Hello I would like to know please are there any physical signs to look out for. we are pretty sure my grandson has autism maybe even aspergers but he also has some swelling of the head in a couple of areas and i was just wondering if there is any swelling at all as someone we know had a disorder with head swelling and i thought it was called that, thankyou if you can shed any light on my question

Thank your for your important question.

As you know I am not a medical doctor nor have training in the physical aspects of disorders. As far as I know there is no particular physical signs and symptoms of Autism or Asperger's Syndrome. Swelling can be a symptom of many ailments but never have I come accross any information that links swelling to any Autism Spectrum Disorders.

You might want to familiarize your self with some of the literature by Dr Jed Baker. He is a Doctor that I met and he has extensive experience working with Autism. His books are in any reputable bookseller.
