Expert: James Michael Roan - 11/15/2008
Questioni have aspergers i stuff things up with my brother. i have been trying to make things right but he does not want contact how do i let it go?
AnswerHi Thomas;
Letting go is very hard for anyone. Sometimes by writing down your feelings along with your resolution to letting it go, on paper in a journal helps. Make a personal rule not to think about it again with the promise to yourself that you can only revisit it in writing.
Kind regards,
James
