Question
My daughter is 4 months old, she appears to have a lot of belly pain "colic", not talking a whole lot could this be autism.

Autism affects social and communicative development. Have you taken her to your pediatrician regarding the stomach pain? If you live in the U.S., you should also make a referral to the Early Intervention program at your school district. They will assess her and if she qualifies for services will provide early intervention services at no cost to you.
