Question
Hi, My son is 5 and half and is diagonosed as PDD-NOS.He is limited verbal. Recently, We found that he is able to type answres for questions asked.He is able to do all math problems as well. i wonder how he picked up all these. Any question asked he answers .. including the capital of any country,presidents nameetc and math 3digit, 4 digit product etc...Is there something i could do to enhance this.

Hi Lavanya;

Sounds like he is very bright. I would suggest you investigate the possibility of oral motor apraxia/dyspraxia depending on where you live. Investigate augmentative communication alternatives from your speech and language pathologist or speech and language therapist.
