Question I have 3 year old boy who has delay in speech and the doctors thought of the above diagnosis, His problem is speech delay but can sind songs from the screen, and hold ears most of the time (very sensitive). Kindly advice.

Though I am not able to diagnose, I agree with your doctors. Your son is exhibiting characteristics of autism: speech delay, reciting songs from TV, and hearing sensitivity.
Can you tell me if your son is speaking at all? If not, how does he communicate?
