i am 21 years old and i hav problem of speaking word k ...can
my this problem will b solved if yes then how much time it
will take... please help me send me the answer by mail please

Thank you for your important question.
There is a big difference with speech problems and Autism. One of the biggest quality of Autism is a delay in speech but the ability to write a letter like this one is not likely to be full Autism especially because you would also be below average in intelligence.
I would recommend seeing a speech pathologist and assess if you need speech therapy.
Follow up with more details of Autism if you think there are other things about you that make you think you have the diagnosis.
