Question
what is the trend of segregation for special children?


Answer
I'm afraid I do not know about trends in Pakistan. In North America, the trend is toward integration where children with special needs attend classes alongside typical peers. Some places have full integration as their policy; others have a combination. It's hard to make a one-size-fits-all edict and often, having some choice and flexibility works better.
