Autism/chewing problem in asd child

Question
I am a speech language pathologist and treating a lot of asd cases in my region in India. Most of these kids are facing eating problem . i have been working on their biting skills with some success however i do not know how to proceed for teaching them chewing skills . kindly help me teach these kids how to chew .presently these kids are able to take mashed food item ,pasta with tomato gravy ,porridge etc.

It's beyond the scope of this service to describe an entire eating program, but the first thing you need to do is improve the sensory in the mouth. So start there and once you have improved the sensory in the mouth, write me back and we can go from there. But you have to start with sensory
