Question
my great grandson is 16 months old but not saying any words seems perfect in every other way is this cause for corncern
Your grandson's speech challenge should be discussed with his doctor. When he gets a little older, he should be assessed by a speech pathologist to see if he needs speech therapy. I represent a number of children that have speech delays. Most speak normally after receiving help, but it may take time.

Experience

I also studied applied statistics in the field of psychology at both the undergraduate and graduate level. I have taught college classes, conducted seminars, written articles for various publications, and testified as an expert witness.
