I want to know if you are aware of any support groups for adults who are in relationships with a AS partner.  Thanks!

Thanks for the interesting question.

I am without a knowledge of where you reside so I am not able to provide an accurate search of what is offered in your area. I live in the state of Minnesota. Here we have an Autism society. The Autism society of Minnesota offers support groups for significant partners of individuals living with Asperger's. Consult your state society of Autism to see if they do also.
