Ask yourself this question. As an adult would you want to live in two places? Would you want to have two homes that you had no control over when and how long you were there?

The travesty is that people think they can do this to children in order to be fair to the parents. That a child needs to see parents equally or close to it and that a child's home means nothing to them.

The courts are creating an entire generation of people who are going to have some major stability issues and who are not equipped to handle a settled and stationary life as an adult let alone one as a married partner.

So no, 50/50 is not good for ANY child and adding that to a child with special needs is only adding to the issues they will need help with throughout their life.
