Question
I am doing research on behalf of a fitness instructor who has been asked to develop a movent therapy program for local children with autism.

Do you know of any resources that can provide information on physical activities and guidelines for therapy that can encourage physical, cognitive and behavioral development for children diagnosed as autistic?

We would appreciate any assistance.

Answer
Hi Lara;

Sounds interesting! You would probably want to consult with either a physical therapist (PT) or an occupational therapist (OT) experienced with developing motor programs for children with autism.

Sorry I cannot help you more.

Kind Regards,
James
