Is it true that their is no cause for autism?
What organs or organ systems are affected by or through autism?

Answer
Hi Joy;

There are both environmental and genetic causes of autism. Some genes have been identified, while others are suspected.

I am not familiar with medically comorbid conditions beyond gastro-intestinal problems and epilepsy.
