QUESTION: I can not get my heater to work. It is stuck on refresh and nothing else works.How can I get the blower to work and get heat?

Need to know what is not working is it the blower or just the heater section.

QUESTION: Nothing is working except the digital read out that says temp/ refresh.
It seems the fan is on low and I get cold air out of the defrost. It will not change the select to floor or defrost and will not change fan speed. I only sometimes get cold air and the fan on low out the defrost.
I changed the part with the switches and temp control, but I still get nothing. If you can help me it would B great.

We will need to go step by step. First does the control change numbers and positions for the air to come out.  If the control is moving and the compressor turning on then your problem is the blower.  If this is the case then check the blower for power and ground.  If you have power and no ground then change your blower module (similar the resistor).  If you have ground and no power then check you fuses.  Let me know what you find and I will help.
