Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair/AC and heater

Question
My ac and heater in my 2004 Chevy Avalanche is driving me crazy!! It is a dual system and sometimes it will blow hot air when my ac is on and when my heater is on, my temperature settings will be different even though I have both sides set at the same temperature (hot air on passenger and cool air on driver). I can turn off the ignition and it seems to reset itself and give proper temperature. I will make a right or left hand turn and the cool air will become warm for awhile. Please help, driving me nuts!!!!

Answer
HI Rick

Unfortunately your actuator motor is probably broken.  You may have heard a clicking sound some time ago and it finally went.  This part is located inside the dash board and the dash must be removed. to so that job.  The part is expensive the labor is just as bad.
