Question clutch will not engage,fuse is okay. Clutch turns freely by hand and the sight glass is clear, no bubbles.lol

Check pressure in system clutch will not engage if pressure is below 50 psi. Your sight glass is clear because your freon is not flowing thru the system. Turn on compressor and look at sight glass again. Make sure you have refrigerant in system.
