I have water coming in side on the passengers side, where is air cond hose on a 1997 olds achieva i think that hose might be stop up, where is it located?

Check your radiator level if you have to add water it may be your heater core that is bad.  The drain on this vehicle is located underneath the two pipes going into your cars firewall where the evaporator is located.  One pipe is a lot smaller then the other directly behind the engine.
