Hi We have 1999 cadillac sedan deville....the freon was replaced...no leaks can be found.  The ac is cold for a few hours and then for some reason the computer shuts it off.  the dealer mechcanic are baffled....they have no idea what to do next.  We have spent over 1300 dollars so far.
Can you help?

Hi Cathy

Try and get pressure readings for me.  Let me know what they have done so far.  If the condenser is dirty inside you may have a high head pressure that is disconnecting the compressor.  If your freon level is not correct the computer will detect it and shut the compressor down.  let me know.
