My windshield wipers froze in O.C. MD.but the wiper motor still worked.I emailed my dealer in cockeysville (300 miles).They said any dodge dealer could easily make an adjustment.The dodge dealer in O.C.said I needed a new wiper motor but they didn't have one.When I picked up the car,they had to give me a jump to start my car and the dash lights A/C etc were blinking but everything was still working OK. The O.C. dealer said I needed a reset (cost $46).When I took it in they said I needed a new battery which I bought $189.then they said the air conditioning needed repair before the dash lights could be reset.I delayed the repair and upon returning to my O.C. residence found that the passenger electric window would no longer close.Question-can you provide any advice?Any ball park cost estimate on air repair?

Not sure what is wrong with the system.  But to reset control all you have to do is.  Hold down rear defrost and recirculating door button on the control for a few seconds until all lights turn on and then it will start to blink in sequence until it resets itself.  Try that and let me know.
