I recently took a small piece of plastic out of my blower. it looked like part of a shaft.  I felt inside the vent and the (damper) felt really loose. there is not a lot of air coming out of the vents.  any ideas? thanks

Hi Scott

Your reticulating air door has broken.  You can get one at the dealer.  It comes with the housing.  To do it properly you need to remove the dash but if you remove the door from the new unit you can install it thru the blower motor opening.  You must remove the blower.
