Question
The plastic housing to my cabin heater has cracked and an air flap that directs the heated air inside the housing has also broken. I am having difficulty knowing what the names of the parts I need are called in order to get the right replacement part.  
Questions:
1)Is there a website out there that has an exploded view of my heater. That lists the part names.....
2)Where can I get parts for my 1972 Suburban

I do not know of any web sites.  The only place to get those replacement parts is usually the dealer .   But, with a 72 It will probably be hard if not impossible.  You may need to find a recycler either local or on the Internet.  It is usually called the blend door or heater door.  You will probably need the entire case.  good luck
