When I turn the car off the fan still runs. Even when the ac is turned off.

Hi Tammy

Your final stage on this blower is bad.  Some dealers call it final stage others call them blower module and even resistors.   But the piece that controls your blower is bad, not the switch.  This final stage is located by the blower motor.
