Question
i got dual temp settings on my truck and the one that runs my side will not change from cold to hot. how can i fix this problem

Answer
HI Ronnie

That is the actuator located on the drivers side underneath the steering column on the evaporator case.  You will see two actuator motors one controls the vent positions and the other controls the heater door.  Check and see which is not working and replace.
