Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair/Chevy Suburban A/C Problem

Question
We are servicing the Suburban Fleet of the US Army here in Afghanistan. We change Compressor, Condenser, A/C Dryer, Expansion Valve then flush out the whole A/C System but the vehicles are coming back after 1 or 2 weeks with damaged Compressor and clogged A/C system.

Answer
Hi Reynol

I would not keep flushing the systems.  If you change condenser then I would not flush at all.  Make sure your oil is correct on the compressor.  I would make sure you have 6 oz. of oil in the compressor and no oil at the condenser.  I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SERVICE AND BE SAFE.
Try that and let me know.
