Hi
 Many thanks for your interest in helping others in need.
My 91 Buick Century blows air at the bottom air vents aof
after the air has shut off, some times I can feel it real
strong so I know the doors dont close.Is the control on the dash  at fault can I get a free diagram of the vacuum works?

It is a vacuum problem.  More than likely you have the main hose broken or disconnected.  From the engine compartment on the drivers side you will find at the fire wall a black canister.  You should have two hoses coming out of that canister check them for leaks.  Let me know
