ANSWER: HI Matt

Check your actuator motor in the back behind the wall where the heater case is.  I suspect that the actuator is not working.  Let me know

QUESTION: I cannot locate the actuator motor, I have removed the cover so i can see the case with the blower motor but do not see where an actuator would be

Any ideas???

Answer
At the rear case look for the heater hoses.  Then locate the heater door. Find what make it move It could be vacuum operated or electrically operated.  It could even be on the back side of the case.  If it is vacuum then check the line for vacuum if it is electrical then check for power and ground and see if it moves or not.  Let me know.
