Question
I have a 1998 jeep wrangler se (tj),I recently replaced the compressor and low pressure switch which seemed to cure my problem.now it's cycleing again, charged unit and ran great for 30 min.took to shop and was told it was evaporator since there was no condesation anywhere under hood. Are they correct or could there be an other underlying problems I can check before have to shell out all this money and time.

Answer
HI Keeley

Your evaporator could be leaking and therefore needs to be replaced.  The condensation part has nothing to do with the evaporator having to be replaced.  If there is no condensation then your system is probably not cooling well and that is why you have no condensation.  Depending on the  climate you are in if you are very dry then you will not see the the condensation.
